If you require our Architectural Services, we can take you through the full design and planning process. We work closely with planning departments, building control and structural engineers. Alternatively, if you have appointed an architect, we are happy to engage with your professionals

We will provide a quotation proposal, timescales will depend on the complexity of the project and can range from 5-20 working days.

Your estimate is valid for 60 days and will clearly outline the essential aspects of your project.

Once you have chosen FB&D to deliver your project, we provide a Terms & Business contract and payment schedule.

After signing, we create your personalised project schedule— this includes the start date, estimated end date and everything in between.

We will arrange a meeting with you and our relevant team members to discuss the finer details of your project, to ensure minimum disruption to your lives during the works.

Our work begins!

Our Construction Director will be on site with the team and will regularly monitor the work to ensure it meets our high standards.

Your Project Coordinator will provide a site folder to ensure everyone is informed of your build schedule. They will be in regular contact with you throughout your build

Our work is finished. We hold a final meeting with you to ensure the project is completed to your requirements.

After this, you will be issued with any relevant completion documents and warranty certificates.
