If required, we can assist with architectural design and planning, working closely with planning departments, building control and structural engineers. Alternatively, we are happy to collaborate with your appointed architect or design team.

Once drawings and specifications are agreed, we prepare a comprehensive quotation outlining the scope of works, costs and estimated timescales.

Depending on complexity, quotations are typically prepared within 2 weeks and remain valid for 60 days.

Upon acceptance, we issue a formal contract and agreed payment schedule, followed by a structured project programme including anticipated start and completion dates.

Before works commence, we hold a pre-start meeting to confirm key details, programme sequencing and site logistics.

This stage ensures expectations are aligned and disruption to your home is minimised wherever possible.

Construction works are carried out under direct supervision, with ongoing quality checks and structured coordination of trades.

We maintain regular communication throughout the build, providing updates and ensuring transparency at every stage.

Upon completion, we conduct a final review to ensure all works meet the agreed specification.

Relevant certification, documentation and warranties are provided, and the project is formally handed over.
